I bought Godrej double door fridge 3 months ago and its not working since day 1, raised multiple request and all the request have been closed with reason as customer is not available, but technian visit was done a week ago, told us that, he will be back once parts get available and no deadline for that, it may takes 2-3 months also and he closed the request with reason as customer not available. this is very pathatic, shame on you Godrej compliance, even your customer support executive is against the customer and unable to provide the any confirmation that they have closed the request saying that customer is not available. will your repair the fridge?
