Dear sir,
This is regarding the complaint of an air-conditioning unit i purchased in january 2021. After few months itself i was having issue with airflow and cooling. The air flow issue hasnt been resolved till date. The service team keeps on closing the case without the issue being rectified.
During this period, the service team tried changing the blower and pcb, but issue persist even after that.
I had booked a complaint regarding the same on january 2022 before the warranty expired to rectify the long lasting issue, which was also closed without resolving the issue.
Now when i contacted the godrej Asm, he is talking about refund and depreciation. Its as if godrej is not going to rectify the issue and also going to cause financial loss to me siting that now the product is out of warranty, which happened only because godrej dragged the issue for so long .
I had purchased few godrej acs since i never had any issue with the machines before this. But when one issue came, i am really disappointed with the service provided by godrej. Now i will think twice before buying any product from godrej, not because of product quality, but because of the way the product is serviced.

Considering this, i request you to either replace the faulty unit entirely or provide me a full refund of the machine.
