I am from bangalore. I had given a complaint regarding non working of themachine and also the water draining out on16th october after a lot of repeated requests the technician came on17th afternoon and looked at the complaint. He said some wires have been cut and then he bound with a cello tape and said that i dont have spare part if pcb board has gone. I then told him that i had specifically mentioned the nature of complaint to the person whotook the complaint. Then he told within 5 minutes that the machine is working. Immediately within two minutes he took the signature i told him if there is repeated complaint or not working i shall call him. Immediately the machine stopped working i called him within two minutes and he said he is attending to another complaint and said that the panel might have gone i dont have spare part i shall see. Till now no response.
This is not the first time this sort of attitude is shown to customers every time they take atleast two to three days to set right. Except one or two technicians who knows their job others are not that experienced.
Wedo not understand as to why there should be a delay of two days to resole this complaint
Secondly we are under amc by paying the amount and we expect a good service and response to be given
Today i have given another complaint since ihave received a messagea saying that the complaint hasbeen closed.
I amtrying to contact [protected] which has been given in message asking to give complaint within seven days if the problem is not solved
This number gets immediately cut off
I want an immediate responseto resolve this complaint andalso send some experienced technician who will come with the necessary spare parts basedon our complaint
