Ordered on 5 Aug '21 through flipkart.
Under 12 months in July '22 - fridge stopped cooling. So I called Godrej constomer support and they provided a technician. He came a few hours late after numerous calls. His solution was - keep the fridge switched off for a few hours and then switch it on again - no problem is there, cooling will continue to happen if you do this. Technician closed the ticket.
Now after a month, the EXACT same issue happened. I now called an independent technician who tells me 2 parts need to be changed costing 3000.
Complaint - Godrej technician sold a lie and did not fix the problem in the warranty period.
I have called Godrej customer care multiple times, but no solution. They keep giving random phone numbers of technicians / bosses who do not pick up phone. Meanwhile, all fridge items are getting a spoilt.
Ask - Godrej to replace the parts and provide the service on the same ticket they closed unethically in the warranty period.
