Hi my registered mobile is [protected].
I had logged a compliant for my single door refrigerator which was not cooling.
On 18th oct one technician came and told that its compressor problem other technician will come and look.
He was not bother to tell when the other guy will come.
I am taking follow-up from last week calling customer care and service center and they are just fooling me by telling technician will come asap,
Customer care is telling that they can only forward my compliant and nothing else.
Service center people are just give me dates on 18th oct when i call service center they give me next date 21st oct.
Now on 21st they had given me 23rd i. E monday. Still they have not call me back that when the technician will arrive.
The reasons for delay is given as it takes time for compressor to come from mumbai to kalyan.
How much time does it take 4-5 days.? And even if it takes time who;s responsibility is it to inform me?
Am i supposed to take followup from you guys every time.
