[Resolved]  Godrej Appliances — Washing Machine Poor product and service

I brought a washing machine from Amazon on 1st maarch 2022 and it was delivered on 5th march 2022, the installation team from godrej visited on 6th March 2022 and installation was done on 7th March 2022 due to unavailability of drainage pipe, the installation was done and then the technician did not check the machine is okay or not as he was in a hurry to leave. When I checked the washing machine and used it for a couple of times it was not working fine and the problem started from day 1 . The drum started colliding with the body while spinning, it started vibrating vigorously and displaced from its position and fell on my mother causing injury in her hand. I booked a service from godrej customer service and my service request was acknowledged immediately, the technician after examining the machine told that some parts need to be changed and he told he would bring those parts in a couple of days. I waited, after a couple of days another technician from godrej came with some parts and installed them but could not solve the problem. He still tried to install the parts multiple times (almost 5-6 times) but still the drum was colliding with the body vigorously. He told me that the parts that he brought were not in par with the model number and he would bring the correct spare parts after a couple of days. After 5-6 days, the date was 25.04.2022 the technician again visited with new spare parts and installed them in the michine, but the issue was still not resolved, the vibration was even more intensified the technician gave an excuse that the spare parts was not correct. The technician came again after a couple of days and still he could not fix it, I felt like he was not competent to fix the issue. I was very angry as he kept to telling the same excuse, I told him you make sure you bring the right parts next time, he took another 10 days to bring the spare parts. This time when the technician called to visit, I was out of station and i returned after a couple of days. The technician visited this Monday and finally accepted that the could not fix the problem and told that he would take the machine to the service centre and fix it in 1 day . It has been more than 4 days now but still the issue is not resolved. I am calling the service centre more than 5 times everyday but they are not responding .

This shows how unprofessional and incompetent the service technicians of godrej company are . I want full enuiry on this case and i also want compensation from godrej.
