Godrej Appliances — window ac installation delayed

Hello team,

This is to bring to your notice that i had bought one window ac on saturday 23rd may from noida sector 18 branch.

And it got delivered on tuesday and a false commitment was made that it would get installed by wednesday.

I can understand the covid situation and delayed because of this, but the sales should also be restricted to 1 or 2 ac per day in order to meet the expectations of the customers.

I reside in noida and just to make you aware the summers have arrived and the temperature rising high how could anyone keep their cool after the false commitments and so unprofessional behaviour.

Please resolve this asap.
