This is Shubham Kumar Jayswal. I have taken Microwave Oven from Godrej which turn s out to be biggest mistake of my life. The Oven is rarely used but every 2 months it has to be repaired.
One fine day my oven stopped working. I gave a complaint when I was in RT nagar and Jakkur Layout. Twice in two different places and spoke to many people but the issue was never. People from Ganga Nagar Service center came and told me that the PCB is not working. However, I was 100% sure that it was an issue with Magnatron was not working as it was not heating anything. It has been 2 or more than 2 years but the issue was not fixed. I even spoke to some manager but as usual I got stupid service. Here are the detail of the people I spoke to in Ganga Nagar Service Center:

Later, I gave a complaint again when I was in Jakkur Layout and somebody came and told me that PCB is gone.
I decided to get this checked by some one else as I was sure it was magantron problem. I got it checked by my brother who owns a Electronics showroom and Service Center. He confirmed that the issue is with Magnatron.
I again gave a complaint and he told some one called Vasu: [protected]. He replace the PCB but it did not work. He replaced Magnarton and still it did not work. Now the condition was more worst as it was giving short circuit int the Oven. He left stating that he will send someone else. I spoke to your call center people and they kept telling me that they will arrange a call back but that never happened. I kept calling to your call center and spoke to many managers but none of them arranged a call back number. Few of them gave me Contact number of manager of Service center MR Ramesh: [protected]. I called on this number and one lady picked the call. She told that she will check with tech and call me but that never happened. I kept calling on this number but they kept disconnecting the call.
I even called the customer service again and they gave me another number which is : [protected]. I called them and they sent a technician after so much of request. Ramchandra Reddy: [protected] came to replace the magnetron. I was ready to pay the service charge but not the magnetron. I called your customer service again and spoke to the same lady supervisor who hung up the call on my face.
The technician did not replace the parts as he was not informed about it. I am left out with no where to go. I am sick and tired of it. I am taking this complaint to consumer court for sure now. Thank you for the service you have given.

Dinesh Supervisor who told me to call Arun who is no longer working with Godrej. I again called on [protected] and spoke to some lady. She told that she will check and let me know but that also did not happen. She hung up the call. Priya was the person I spoke to. She said that she cannot give me service center manager number.
