We had placed a compliant 3 weeks ago with customer care but still no one has come to address the issue. The customer care executives are not responsive either. My family has been a loyal customer of Godrej but these irresponsible behaviours by the concerned team has made me realise that Godrej has lost its promise.
I would rather suggest some other company than Godrej. This is the 3rd time we are facing the issue. Completely unhappy with the pathetic after service. I have my own doubts whether someone is going heed to the customers grievances. Was this information helpful? |
