Godrej Fridge Complaints & Reviews

We had placed a compliant 3 weeks ago with customer care but still no one has come to address the issue. The customer care executives are not responsive either. My family has been a loyal customer of Godrej but these irresponsible behaviours by the concerned team has made me realise that Godrej has lost its promise.
I would rather suggest some other company than Godrej. This is the 3rd time we are facing the issue. Completely unhappy...

I have purchased a godrej eon fridge in Bhubaneswar along with one godrej AC during the month of May, 2017. But the fridge has been out of since July 2017. But after several complaints only ones came to attend the complaint and replied that the part is not available due to GST. I AM FACING A PROBLEM WITH MY GODREJ 260 L FRIDGE AFTER THE COMPRESSOR WAS CHANGED ON 8TH FEB 2009. my fridge compressor was not working last month and my unit was under guarantee period and so they replaced an another compressor from the company. The replaced compressor had much noise and it was running constantly with out cutoff. when i asked about this they said that this is new type of compressor which will have much noise and will not cutoff. In 24 March 2009 the door of my fridge was repaired. The door still does not close properly, cool air keeps leaking. i am worried that the fridge will get spoilt. We have to tie it with a rope to keep the fridge door closed.

I purchased a Godrej 430 lts refrigerator in Nov 2003 with a warranty of 5 years . In Dec 2008 the compressor stopped working as per the report of Godrej's own technician. I also had an AMC for 4 years and the fridge was working on stabiliser supplied by Godrej.

I ran from pillar to post but i ended up always with call center numbers who just does not have any clue other then giving you a complaint number or saying that...

I've a Godrej Fridge, while shifting I send my fridge thru truck now i've a problem that its freezer compartment door is broken, Thermostat doesn't work as everything inside is freezing frm top to bottom i cant keep anything as whatever we put get frozen. Its Bottle shef holder is also broken.

I would like if your servicing guy can come & repair it along with the things which have been broken could be replaced...
