I have purchased a coffe table from flipkart as it is prepaid product i have paid the amount while ordering the product. I did not recieve any call or msg however i got the mail that product has been delivered and installation completed though i did not receive any produxt how thia possible. Past 1 week i am trying to call customer care and everytime they are saying that issue already escelated and will be resolved. I dont know how many more days they will take to resolve this issue.
