[Resolved] Godrej Interio — damaged product not replaced within warranty | |||||
Hi Team, This is my first experience with Godrej Interio which is now turning out to be horrible. I purchased a King size mattress from a supplier named "Home Furnishing & Furniture" near Marathalli Bangalore dated 4th March 2018 with a warranty of 2 years. Within 1 week the the mattress pressed down from one side. I informed the dealer about it and he told me that the same will be replaced "only" by Godrej team. We complained in Godrej customer care and got an update within a week that the mattress has to be replaced by the "dealer" only as this not purchased from Godrej showroom. I again called the dealer, Home furnishing and is still following up on the same. This has been 3 months now and we are still waiting for the dealer to respond as he is just not interested in replacing it. I really want to ask you 2 questions: 1. Why do I receive a warranty card from godrej if you guys can't own your products? How can Godrej guide me to the dealer in case of defect in the product? 2. How can you assign such sort o[censored]seless dealers who promise lot of things at the time of purchase of the product however if there is a defect later they are so unprofessional and rude that they don't even care to replace a product which is under warranty? I am not even sure to what extend will this complain be taken forward, but I would request you to please action on it as you still have option of proving that you guys are actually serious in this market and you do consider customers important.
