With reference to Order no: [protected]
-I have been confirmed the delivery of the chair mentioned in email will happen today and I had received multiple call from the delivery team over the last couple of days reiterating the same - today when I checked the website I see the order status as just "packed" - calling up the customer care number- I could see them playing around with me - they kept pushing the blame to delivery team and told me they have nothing to do with this and gave me a ware house contact number - I tied calling - but couldnt get connected
Is this kind of customer service you provide ? this is highly disappointing - please give me a confirmation when the delviey will happen - else I will have to take this in social media and file a sue in the customer court - I hope I will need not do this and this matter will be taken up urgenly and delivery soon.
Expecting an urgent response and quick fix.
