The furniture mentioned above(sales order no/Pos/Seq:WON036025/40/0), delivered on 30/07/2020 had manufacturing defects and the technicians were aware of that from the first day. But still on 9/10/2020, I didn't receive any return or replacement . For about 2 months, I contacted them several times but they didn't care to provide me with the information regarding the replacement. From such a big company, I never expected this kind of after sale services. The company shouldn't only be concerned about taking money they should provide proper customer service. I never complain but it crossed my limit and i don't think that I will buy anymore.
