Godrej Interio — Kalista Wardrobe

This is to inform you that, I have purchased a Kalista Wardrobe from Godrej Interio showroom in Thakurpukur Joka on 02/10/2020. After the delivery and fitment was done, the door on the right hand side was found defective i.e. the door doesn't close properly.
The complaint was raised by me, and the technician assigned on the case came on 22/12/2020 and took a look at the door and told it needs to be replaced. The paper work was done by the concerned person and a receipt was provided to me on the same date 22/12/2020. I was informed by the technician, that it will be replaced within 3-4 weeks. He asked for the all the bills and also took a picture of the defective wardrobe door and the bills and told that he will share it with the company.
After 2-3 weeks when I got in touch with the Support Center of Godrej Interio, they informed that they haven't received any documents from my end so the replacement was not initiated from their end. The information was not shared from their end, which if provided I would have sent the pictures of the bill my self on the WhatsApp no or Email. On constant calling and nagging with them, they again sent a technician who repeated the process as the previous one on the first week of February. On asking a receipt for the same, they said it is not needed as we will share it with the company and the replacement will be done in 3-4 weeks.
The request was raised from their end on 18th Feb 2021 [as shared by the Support Team]. After constant nagging and talking with the Support Group, they said we have raised the request and it will take time of 3-4 Weeks. Now on constant calling them, on 15th or 16th March 2021, they said the wardrobe door will be delivered. The person sharing the information, told me that the defective door will be picked up from your door step and the new door will be delivered on the next day. Due to the previous conflict that has happened, I asked them to deliver the door first and then they can take the defective door with themselves.
But then, the person who called returned the door to the warehouse and the replacement stands cancelled again. The information was again not shared with me and nor an SMS/Mail was sent from their end.
Today i.e. 22/03/2021on calling the Godrej Support, they again said that the replacement order has been cancelled, and it will again take 3-4 weeks of time.
