Godrej Interio — Not getting the product even after one month old booking | |||
Dear Sir I have booked Marvel Mid Back Black chair on 02.01.2021 through Goderej interio Anam interiors Kanpur and given Rs 10000/- in advance. On 04.02.2021 I was informed that your order has come please make full payment. I made full payment of the item mentioned on 04..02.2021. When I enquired on 05.02.2021 why the item was not supplied to me, I got an answer that wrong item was placed and I have to wait one more month. This is pathetic situation that after waiting more than a month I have to wait again for more than a month. I a m totally dissatisfied with this type of professionalism from Godrej Interio Was this information helpful? | |||

I posted the complain on 6th feb and about a month a childish query is from your end reflencting the professionalism of Godrej Interio. If you people could not satisfy the queries and help the customer, then why there is need of customer support in Godrej
