Godrej Interio — Poor Customer Service - Repairs for Godrej Cupboard and Sofas

I had contacted Godrej Interio customer support on 6th December, 2021 for repairing a Godrej Cupboard and Sofa’s. Their technician visited on 7th December, examined the problem and told me that Godrej would send quotation. Next Day after me following up with the Technician, someone called Mukesh Kewat spoke with me and emailed quotation on 8th December, 2021. The quotation was from Ramkumar Enterprises . It was then I understood that Godrej had assigned our work to Ramkumar Enterprises, their Service Partner and that Godrej was not handling the support directly.
We paid advance against the quotation on 10th December, 2021 expecting quick support. However thereafter no calls or contact from either Godrej or Mukesh from Ramkumar Enterprises. After multiple follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages to Mukesh, he said that he has received the material and would send the technician. A few days passed and no Technician came. After multiple follow ups Mukesh sent the technician on 16th December, 2021 but with incomplete materials. Hence the work could not be undertaken. I tried reaching Mukesh in the Technician's presence but he did not receive my calls. Later Technician called and informed him that work cannot be done and left without doing any repairs.
Thereafter, in few days I called Godrej Customer Support enquiring on the status of my work order, the customer support executive patched me up with Mukesh again, who again made commitments to complete the work. Later he called me up to inform that some parts were not available ( which he earlier had said were with him) and that he will try from other service vendors and contact me.
Few weeks have passed since then and I called him up again today and told him to refund my advance because it is not possible to indefinitely wait for Ramkumar Enterprises and Godrej to respond to me only when I call them. I am unsure whether I will even get my refund.

Absolutely disappointed with Godrej and its customer service/ support organization and contractor Ms. Ramkumar Enterprises. I would now think twice before purchasing anything from Godrej for fear of experiencing such horrible after sales service support from them.
