[Resolved] Godrej Interio — Replacement of Defective Materials-Reg | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to order no: 141186 dtd:21.11.13 in ESSEN Godrej Franchise, Greams Road, Chennai, Self had booked a king size bed & dressing table with stool. The material had been delivered on 05.12.13. But, the delivered material seems to be damaged & it was informed over phone to the concerned. Proper action is not taken yet & We couldn’t receive any positive response from them. Request to look into the matter & kindly do the needful. I have purchased 3+1+1 sofa set ( carbo ) on 23.03.2014 invoice date.Delivery got after 7 days. Within 6 months single seat sofa cover damaged badly due to defective materials. I was out of country for 4 months. I made complaint on 13.05.2014. With call no. B[protected]. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. I am attaching both photo's good materials / Defective materials.
