Godrej Interio — Supplied second hand product against new booking of Godrej 3 doors Almirah

Dear Sir, I have been provided damage product as against booking of fresh new triple door Godrej Almirah. I have submitted my request through phone calls as well as several emails
for replacement of full set, but they have provided three different parts in phase manner as replacement of their second hand damaged supplied products. Despite my several requests, they took one month and finally technician came and fixed replaced item which is appearing as "odd man out" and there is complete mis match in quality, colour and fittings, allignment etc. I have paid full amount of Rs. 34, 711.00 in advance on 20/11/2022 at Godrej Interior show room, Borivali West, Mumbai and after lapse of one month i.e. on 20/12/2022 they have fitted with replaced three spare parts instead of complete new sets. Due to partial replacement it is not looks like the same and I am still struggling to get the quality new product. Hence, I am requesting for complete new product as booked by me and not a partial replacement. On my re complaint, vide number B[protected] and B[protected], another engineer visited on 21.12.2022 and submitted his reports stating that there is mismatch in quality. But i didn't received any response from the sales/ support team even after more than 36 hours of visits of their engineer. So, i am writing here with a request to arrange to provide proper solution. Instead of providing permanent solution, my complaint is being closed repeatedly and I have to lodge fresh complaint.

Is there anyone to take care of these issues and arrange to provide solution. My problem remains unsolved. Rather providing solutions, company is closing my complaint every time without providing solution. Urgent attention please.

Dear Team Godrej,
I have already mentioned my complaint I'd. Mr Balasubramaniam at Service Team Vikhroli and Mr Deepak from sales team Borivali is very much aware about all these suffering. Don't try to be so much innocent, rather try to find out proper and complete solution for which I have paid an amount of Rs. 34711.00 on 20/11/2022 i.e about one and half months back.
