With regret I would like to write that on 27th May 2023 I (G K) has visited your store and placed order for slimline Blend 3 door ward robe, with great difficulty and many follow up Godrej team has delivered my order, angain only after constant follow ups Instalation person was assigned, than the real story starts with my order no 214398 and we clearly told we donot want demo piece and we are ready to wait. Godrej Interio sales come facility incharge Pavanta Kaur Bhasin (as she claimed) still sent one defective and seems to be a demo piece, which their person denied to install, as lot of places there are bends and marks and he himself was surprised to note the item and also apologised on behalf of Godrej Interio company. Even after many calls to her,
Till date there is no revert, no one is coming neither to collect the item, nor replacing. She (The Sales person) has informed that she is travelling and directed us to talk with call centre.
The above irresponsible action and the mentality to cheat customer has put lot of stress and mental agony to us.
Request you to revert to us immediately and take action against the person responsible for such action.
