Booked two ACs Application nos 1817509 &10 on 18th oct 2014. Deliver promissed on Monday and installation on Tuesday. Reminded on Sunday for confirmation. Did not go out on Monday. Monday late evening informed that delivery will happen on Tuesday. Tuesday late evening informed that delivery and installation will happen on Wednesday. Today it is 5:45 pm. Did not go out for three days. Hope to get the this year. Am surprised Godrej employees giving such false promises just to book orders. Why can't sales force give realistic delivery dates.?
