[Resolved]  GODREJ LIFESPACE — ABSENCE OF TECHNICIAN FOR TV WALL UNIT DISMANTLING

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is Kamatchi from Bangalore ( BTM Layout). I requested for TV Wall unit dismantling on 28-Sep-11 to Godrej Life Space.
The customer care executive assured that ticket will be closed in 2 Working days. The request iD : 572846.
On 29-Sep-11 , this is again confirmed with Customer care executive regarding the presence of technician for dismantling of TV Wall unit on 1 Oct 2011. COnsidering this , I planned for shifting of my house hold items on 01-Oct-2011 to chennai due to my job transfer.

on 30-Sep-11, Technican called from Godrej Landline number and confirmed he will be available on 1 oct 2011 @ 10 AM in BTM House. So I confirmed the packers & movers to do the shifting on 1 OCt 2011.

On 1 Oct -2011 the technician never turned till 1 Pm afternoon. I again called @ 1 Pm and customer care executive confirmed he is on the way and will be arriving @ 2 PM on 1 oct 2011. But he did not turned and I called godrej life space near to 10 times and even my family members were trying from their mobile phones.

It was arounf 4 PM and the packers& movers completely ready to take the good to chennai in a truck. But the tv Wall unit is alone pending as it is waiting for dismantling. We can leave this item and go to chennai. we are in tension and since it is a weekend and raining heavily we could not go out and search for a technican. Moreover the customer care executive were so lethargy and they gave some landline numbers to contact , but no one picked the call. Finally I was given contact number of Mr.Padmanabhan ( [protected]) but no response.

The condition of TV wall unit was in good shape and we could not leave the item. Finally my husband tried to dismantle by self and by 9 PM he dismantled it . The packers and movers took the item finally after we requested them to wait as technician did not turn back. THis type of poor response from Godrej Life space is not digestable.
They show 500% response during purchase , but 0% response during servicing / Dismantling.

Due to high tension in our famuily, godrej should compensate with Rs 10,000 and free installation of TV Wall unit @ chennai.
