Purchased the door lock and requested for service on 14th March 2015. (Ticket number is 555654). They forwarded the request to EPT service point
[protected]. After two days they forwarded the request to Mr. Sundarraj (Mob. No.[protected] and after two days he shifted my request to Subramanian (Mob. No.[protected]). on Friday 20th March one person ([protected]) through telephone told me that he will provide service today or atleast on Saturday. So far none of them has provided the service till date.
As per your rule service has to be provided within 2 working days but it is delayed by 6 days. As we are going outstation for the safety of the house the service is to be provided immediately. In the absence of your service if anything goes wrong the entire responsibility lies on you only. it is a clear breach of service warranty. Please take action fothwith
