Hi Godrej, I had bought a lock 8 (Mortise Lock) months ago. Since then I had called Godrej Helplines multiple times to have the lock installed. But very sadly the response is very bad & no body turned up to install the lock. Last week again I have raised another Ticket (Tckt No.436334) for the installation, but none turned up.
