Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — Godrej ultra vertibolt installation not done on time

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased one godrej lock in first week of Feb 2016. I have been told that installation would be done within 72 hours but it’s not done in last 4 weeks (date of complaint - 7 Mar 2016 ). I have called vendor and Technician multiple times but with no success.

Please take action on this urgently. This reflects very pathetically on the service provided by you. I would have never imagined a brand name like Godrej having such sloppy service!
