Purchased one CCTV camera online through Amazon on 13/9/23 which has 1 year warantee.
It stopped working on 5th October 2023. I lodged a complaint and service engineer called but refused to come as he is located far off at Chandigarh and I am located at Palampur HP which is far off.His name is Maninder singh and contact is [protected].
When I again contacted customer care, another person called and asked me to send the issue through WhatsApp and also a video of the same..
I send the same and he asked me that I will get a replacement within 2 weeks.

Now customer care is refusing to replace and the person is not picking my call.

Received defective product and no resolution

My godrej lock ticket no. I[protected] is this as I had installed godrej lock within 15 days that lock started breaking my door as that lock was not properly installed .

Far the last three few years this lock is giving problems not working, this the third or fourth time i have registered the complaint still doubt it will be solved permanently or not.
If godrej cant solve then its duty of godrej to rplace it. i need permanent solution

THis is the third or fourth time i have registered the complaint on your nos. given in the website. this lock since the begining giving problems .its a costly affair and as well as we are suffering because of this. every time we are bearing the visit charges and repair charges, I am looking forward to have a permanent solution for this. Pl. take this seriously and if you cant solve this then replace this.
this is of Godrej no hanky banky company, if have trusted godrej then its duty of godrej to support us ...every time it is not easy to take a off from your schedule to get it repaired.

This is a fraud company which does not even pay its employees their salary. On the contrary, by making them wrong, she speaks useless lies and mentally harasses them and later blacklists their contact numbers. We have a tribolt lock which was installed by Godrej technician in 2017. The box of the lock says that it’s manufactured in 2016 ( I have the box of the lock).

On 10.01.2023 at 5:00 am, the lock got stuck and we were unable to open the lock from inside or outside. We called the emergency helpline[protected] number several times with no response.

Finally with brute force we opened...

Godrej ultra XL key turns all the way

My front door lock is not opening
I called customer care they are also not responsive
Not taking my complaint and when I asked them atleast send the technician to solve t problem as I am out of my house but they stop replying like a dumb

My main door lock has got stuck and is not opening with the key since few days..
Basicaly, its not taking key command

We are staying in Godrej Air, Bangalore. Suddenly today main door got locked and we are staying out for 4 hour. Not even 1 year over. It's tribolt lock. Within the warranty period only. Please contact us to replace this lock as it is very dangerous for kids.

I have purchased all Godrej locks for my new house on June 2 2022 with my previous good experience from the company. Purchased locks from Amazon was a huge mistake. One of the lock body got findout diffective only after the return period. I contacted Godrej customer service they assured a service person in 24 hour. Today it's 15 th day no one appeared. Contacted Amazon, by suggestions given complaint through mail. Still no response. Finally a lock with one year warranty but don't know how to ask forit. Pathetic customer relations. Didn't expect this from reputed Godrej, as we never thought another lock company in our life. That much trust we had in Godrej. My new house got a door with vacant key position embarrassing. Kindly go through it

Digital lock got stuck..it is not closing please come and resolve it...

I have installed a godrej 6 lever lock on every doors of my new house.But the lock of one of my room has been broken.The lock portion that gets inserted into the wall from the door got broken or came into piece.
So its time for the complete replacement or send a representative as soon as possible.

We have purchase new lock.we have call for installation. First of all they dont have technician near my place. I have call one of near service provider they told extra Rs 200 for installation and after few hours they told its far they asked rs 400 we agreed then after few hour again thay call and they need 800 rupees. Now we decided to return the lock. Service provider number[protected].
Call center dont know the solution. They are simply telling returned the lock we dont have service

I purchased the lock in March, 2021.It was fitted by godrej expert.It is properly working upto January, 2022.From last two months, the lock rods are not fitted properly in the holes of lock.

I have been calling godrej customer service since 5 days the agents are worst the service is worst, i have been trying to connect to supervisor since days but they don't have a supervisor to complaint, the technician number they provided me he doesn't receive the call, i am without the lock on the door in my home since 5 days, godrej being the big company failed to provide customer service
