Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — Lock installation not done | |||||
I have bought a godrej lock from your dealer in Rohtak, Haryana, India. Pin code 124001 The dealer had told me that the company person will come to install the lock . You just have to call the customer care. But when i called your representative said the area is not in our service area. Now i am stood in a situation the dealer is also not giving a proper answer. It is not accepted by a company like Godrej to treat their customers like that. Please look into the matter and get my lock installed. If not i will report the matter to consumer court and if there also nothing happens it would not be an issue to me but your company's reputation will be in danger. I will advice everyone not to buy anything from godrej if they can't give you proper customer support.
