Hi,

I am completely fedup of doing followup with Local Godrej Installation center and have gone through enough mental harassment.

If godrej still remains mute on this, I will be left no option but to look at legal options of charging the customer without making delivery and installation.

I would also want to escalate this to higher management in Godrej to share the worst experience post buying Godrej product. Experience has been made such worst that I would never buy any other Godrej product nor would recommend anyone in future.
