Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — No Service

Please note that I had procured around 20 Sets of Sultry Rose Model Door Locks around 6 months back from Godrej Dealer at Bhubaneswar and the State Sales head was also involved in price negotiation and finalising the deal. Now, I am facing problem with the fitment since past few weeks and the handles are coming out frequently, I have complained to your Sales Representative many times and he has assured that the complaint will be taken care but nobody is attending to it. I have also called Helpline numbers and they are telling the Pin code is out of service area and we have to get it fixed by some local carpenter. Why was then the product sold to me if it was outside Service Area. It is a very high end model and I preferred It believing that the service of Godrej will be best but I have been proved wrong.
