Godrej Mattress — Issue with Acupedic mattress Godrej

I bought Godrej mattress Acupedic from one of the dealers (Surabhi Furnitures, Gandhi Bazar Bangalore) on 30th November 2020. Within 2 months I had issue with mattress ( top of the cloth was getting teared and sacking issue) and raised complaint to Godrej customer on 6th February 2021 till now I didn't get proper response from them. Later I visited the dealer and he didn't respond too. Iam following this issue from last 5 months. My sincere request do not purchase any products from Godrej after sales they don't even respond. I contacted Mr Varun, Bangalore manager and he asked me to visit local vendors to repair this. Till now I didn't response from Dealer also
