Godrej Mattress — Service call Nos. B[protected] dtd. 16.02.15 & B[protected] dtd. 29.03.15.

Dear Sir / Madam, We purchase Godrej products for thier quality and good after sales service. keeping this in mind, we bought two Godrej Orthomatic Deluxe mattresses on 28th August 2014 from Goregaon, Mumbai. While one mattress seems fine, the other sagged miserably, hence we registered our first complaint vide number B[protected] dtd. 16.02.2015. Your technician visited us kindly and assured a replacement. Thereafter calls continued and one fine day on 07.03.2015, I received an SMS that the call is complete, without any change of mattress. Getting furious because of this attitude, I again contacted on 29.03.2015 through your in-personal call center, who without even apologizing for this error, calmly gave me a new complaint number, on the same date, mentioned as subject above. I kept on waiting for a favorable revert from your end, which, I never received, but again on 03.04.2015, received an SMS claiming to have completed this complaint. Dear Sir / Madam, I am highly disappointed with this attitude, which was never expected from a great organization of yours. People buy Godrej products due to its reliability and good service. I am your client for the last 20 years and have always trusted your ACs, Fridge, Washing Machine and have never had a reason to complaint. I am afraid that now I am forming an opinion to the contrary to my above belief, hence request you to please look into the matter and provide me with a quick solution. Thanking you, Sangeeta Mehra.
