Godrej Modular Kitchen — INCOMPLETE MODULAR KITCHEN & NONCOMPLIANCE ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENTS

I, DR. GAUTAM BHOWMICK (contact no. [protected]) booked a Godrej modular kitchen through Idee concepts private Ltd. Teghoria Kolkata-7000059, on 30-10-14.I've paid the full amount in two installments.The kitchen yet not completed after 5 months.Whatever worth done is not according to the drawing, items like utensils unit has not been installed though I paid for the items. Poor craftsmanship, non attendence of technitian on schedule date, lack of items according to the requirement etc. are the problem now.So please try to solve the problem to complete the work as early as possible.
