1.Fitting and sliding boxes are not working.
2.opening and closing of sliding boxes is not smooth as well as not working.

I have ordered a modular kitchen with PU shutters in october2021.15 days later I have changed the colour in the order.I have made the complete payment for the kitchen then itself.But, I have not received the product till today.When I am asking for it, they are saying it is in transit.I bought it from your Godrej kitchens branch, carshed, Madhurawada, visakhapatnam.kindly do the needful, because I am having lot of inconvenience as all the painting and plumbing works have to wait for the kitchen to be received and assembled.I am planning to move into my house on February 7 th 20222.

Why a costomer do complete payment for modular kitchen before installation, As there is no trust that the job will be completed or not, Installation charges are seperate so advance cheque should be taken so stop payment can be done if installations not done or any dispute, why original invoice of materials from Godrej with price not given to customer, why compensation not given for delay in work.
Where a customer should go if the work is not done after giving complete payment as shown in review.

I have booked modular kitchen on August 2020 and now it's March ending 2021 still not completed. Such a poor work.. they all ways tells us that godrej is not providing with material.

A pathetic story from tata ariana, bhubaneswar, odisha - we placed an order with a franchisee of godrej to build a modular kitchen. We were told that godrej is a leader in modular kitchen installation. Company executive visited our flat and took the measurements and gave us a quotation of over rs. 3, 38, 000 followed by discussions on every items, selected choice of items followed by finalization since we stay overseas. We were assured that the best work will be carried out. We also challenged him about measurements. We were told that they are well experience and measurements are perfect. After a long follow-up, the local franchisee, the installation work started. We extremely disappointed with the service and installation. We experienced totally failure and unprofessional services from a so called brand company, godrej. Poor quality of work has been done as like a free stuffs provided with joints and visible gaps. It looks like piece by piece borrowed from different places and assembled without having a design. Totally unacceptable and highly disappointed! Though kitchen interior is in progress. The above facts with pictures are as of 11th april 2019.

Had a very bad experience with godrej interio sahakar nagar bangalore franchisee evergreen enterprises. Please do not waste your time and money buying from here. Cheating customers is the way of life for them. Set up by novices they promise moon and deliver very bad service. Please do not make 100% payment as they normally demand. Once you make that you are treated like dirt and will run from pillar to post to get the installation done. Please read the quote properly for what is being actually supplied to you. Never never make 100% payment and keep atleast 50% payment to be made after installation to your satisfaction. After u make 100% payment the owner of the showroom goes offline youll find it frustrating trying to contact him. He will never respond to your calls or whatsapp.

This is to inform you that we got a modular kitchen made from J.K. Furniture House, Dwarka, New Delhi who is your Godrej authorised dealer.
The work was completed with great difficulties due to shortage of supply of parts in the month of February, 2018. It's just six months and the lamination of the five doors/ cupboards has come off.
This is of great disappointment that we got the modular kitchen from your Godrej Company and the quality has come out to be so poor.
You are requested to look into the matter urgently and get it replaced the earliest, as it is within your guarantee period.
I would now, never recommend anyone for your modular kitchen.
I feel that the amount of money we have spend on this modular kitchen, we could have got the better option from other companies with better product and better services.

The godrej interio modular kitchen has extremely poor quality of doors. It has zero resistance against the moisture. Mere contact of moisture turned so called high density particle board into paper pulp. Dealer not ready to replace the door and suggested me to purchase new one. As an architect i never recommend anyone to use godrej modular kitchen.

I had paid advance of rs 1, 20, 000/- to maple furnitures, a registered godrej product outlet at bhubaneswar, odisha. Payment was made in june 2017. We were assured that work will be completed with in 3 months. I regret to comment on the non execution and poor response and improper workmanship of the dealer. Representstive of godrej company mr sudipta has also poorly advised on the assembling of kitchen appliances. The dealer is stating that items as demanded are not being provided by godrej company. Its difficult to accept the plea as fact. Action of mr sudipta, the company representative alongwith the proprietor, mr rath has been awfully poor. Matter may please be looked in to as the installation work is 1 year old

I placed an order for installation of moduler kitchen in mar, 17. Paid 90% of total amount in two installments, 50% in mar, 17 & 40% in may, 17 as it was demanded. Payment was made to a/c no [protected] fvg m/s crystal home, your local franchise at varanasi. Even after
Lapse of 5/6 months order has not been completed yet. There is a serious issue of alignment of shutters & colour combination but no one is caring at all. Series of complains were made over phone calls/ sms, but no one is listening.
Finally one complain no l[protected]dt.21.09.17 has been received over sms but that has also unattended till date.
Kindly help otherwise i would have no choice other than initiating legal actions not only against local vendor (Crystal home) but also against mother company (Godrej).

October 2016 godrej modular kitchen worth 253000 was installed in my new house. I am not satisfied till date because of complaints like leakage from sink area, cracks on the kitchen tops etc. Engineer, plumber and the tile worker say that the leakage is due to the improper fixing of multi wood on which the sink and granite top are fixed. The cracks on the granite also are said to be caused by the improper fixing of multiwood. I purchased modular kitchen for convenience and it ever causes me a lot of inconvenience and unhappiness.

I purchased kitchen from steel mart, Managua mall, ghaziabad. The gate of display unit is faulty and same was conveyed and showed to dealer also. Chimney unit is missing and one cabinet is also not properly installed. They said they have ordered new parts and will come within 1 month. Now it's more then one month and they also stopped picking my phone.

I gave order to ndcon Sales Link Pvt Ltd (Godrej Interio), There are toooo many fake promises about delivery of kitchen materials. Pathetic service. I gave order to them before 2 month back for my kitchen. Sales person don't know status of the order and not giving satisfactory answers. They are not at all following given period term, they are taking own time and god knows when they deliver my kitchen. Sandip Shinde([protected])

I got modular kitchen installed around 6 years back. Now, cabinet doors and skirting needs maintenance.
I spoke to Mr Renny Thomas [[protected]] a number of times and he assured me that someone would visit and give me the budget for maintenance. It's been 3 months now and I reminded him a number of times but there is no revert.
I wish I would have known after sales service before.

Please look into it.

Purchased new modular kitchen from steel mart, dealer of godrej kitchen, based in mahagun mall, ghaziabad.

To be brief and to the point, such dealers should be banned, rid of dealer ship if godrej wants their company reputation to stay.

The said dealer is just to make money in the name of godrej, in terms of service a big zero. they collect all the product value in advance, supplied us with faulty product and force us to accept as it is. we are now sick and tired of calling them to finish off the installation, no body answers call and even if they answer they make false promises.

I paid 1.15 lacs for a modular kitchen. Not only is the installation incomplete for 3 months, there are fitting issues too. Bijoy Das, the company executive, is not even responding to our calls. This man is so uneducated, inefficent, incompetent & indecent that I feel like filing a complaint against him. The behavior of the staff is so poor that I doubt the work ethics of the company itself. I must go to the consumer affairs dept. Godrej Interio is disgusting my disappointing.

The units are chipped of marine ply and also dirty, the showroom has buffed finished units which isnt supplied to consumer in marine ply kitchen.also installation issues very unprofessional fittings, carpenters can do better job with kitchen modular fittings.I regret making kitchen with godrej wouldn't advise to anyone.

I am very much confuse about the after sale service from a reputed brand like Godrej modular kitchen, The executives who are working their do not have any value about their word with the clients. They do commitment with the client but do not maintain and that has been for the so many times. Kindly look into the matter else customer can not faith GODREJ like company.

After installation of godrej kitchen no body turned back instead of assurance of 3 visits till 6 months. After repeated calling for one month he came twice this month but could not able to correct the problem in door. . Now he told on 18. 7. 15 that he will come and charge rs. 100but did not come. They turned up after 7 months and behaving like that. How to overcome this problem.

Teghoria Kolkata-7000059, on 30-10-14.I've paid the full amount in two installments.The kitchen yet not completed after 5 months.Whatever worth done is not according to the drawing, items like utensils unit has not been installed though I paid for the items. Poor craftsmanship, non attendence of technitian on schedule date, lack of items according to the requirement etc. are the problem now.So please try to solve the problem to complete the work as early as possible. I purchased and installed modular kitchen from Godrej Interio Store, Marathalli, Bangalore last year in 2013. The actual fitting work done by their person was very poor. First that person charged hefty amount for any small works, he did not finish the work properly, left the work in between. The wood he put in the kitchen was very poor quality, after 1 year it is filled with termite, very bad smell is coming, overall we are very dissatisfied with the work, I would not recommend anyone to go with Godrej Modular Kitchen. We purchased Godrej Modular Kitchen from M/s Klassic Interiors Bangalore in the month of May 2014. We received product in bad condition. Glass in broken condition & doors are in damaged condition. We have floated many SMS & called many times for the rectification & replacements. We have called Godrej service department in Bangalore. It is totally no response & they play ball game from dealer to service. I request you all not to enter into the Godrej Modular Kitchen at all. I had similar experience in other place. We had booked Godrej modular kitchen in June 2013 from Rajni & Co., 74A Despran Sasmal Road, Kolkata-33, worth Rs. 1.5 lakh approx. As per invoice they were supposed to complete the work within 2 months at most. But they started the work in Oct 2013. This is April 2014, the work is still pending. They have already taken the full amount in advance. Even after repeated requests, reminders, mails, the dealer is least bothered to complete the work. All the parts were not delivered at a time. Some are still pending. Fitters were not sent in time even after we were informed. We have called the proprietor, Mr. Chandan Chatterjee many a times just to get a false assurance, and now he does not even receive the calls. The quality of work is poor and most of their fitters are very incompetent. The lady at the front desk is not at all customer friendly. We are surprised how a company like Godrej can have a dealer like Rajni & Co.!

R sir, I had booked my modular kitchen of godrej in dec 2013 from the godrej dealer 'The Sanrachana Makers' Sanpada. They delivered me the product about a month late than they promised and on that even after taking measurement had made cabinets which are short in size by more than 4 inches. hence gaps remain in the cabinets which looks peculiar. even after spending 1 lac 33 thousand i did not got the product up to the mark.

I paid 50% in advance for a modular kitchen to a Godrej dealer at Dhanbad in Sept. 2012. But work done at my house at Bokaro Steel City, has many defects. Godrel, Ranchi assured of rectification but till date NOT rectified. Bill submitted cotains items NOT supplied, quantity more than actual & VAT calculated over & above other taxes. Party NOT ready to rectify the defects NOR correct the defects in billing. They just ask for balance payment first. Dealers area fall under Dhanbad juridiction & my residence under Bokaro juridiction. Can I file a complaint at Bokaro for rectification as explained above?

I have booked for modular Kitchen of Godrej Intero and paid Rs 88809/- to M/S STEEL CRAFT on 26/02/2012. Their Technician Mr.Asif came to my house and taken Mesurement and ordered for the material.
After 60 days material was delivered to my house and hile thieir Technician came to fit the kitchen , it was found that they have ordered wrong size material which was not suitable for my Pre Fab.Kitchen.
They again took the mesurement and re ordered the material for my Kitchen.
Still after 4 months , we are waiting for the completion of my Modular Kitchen.
We want Justice and action against the M/S Steel CRAFT , Jamshedpur dealer of Godrej Intero. who is still bluffing me , that my kitchen will be complited very soon.

Dear Sir,
I booked to install Godrej Modular kitchen in my new flat in Noida sec-119. My order (along with detaileed BOQ & designs) finalized on 23.11.11 at total cost of Rs.1.5 lakhs through the Godrej Interio dealer at Sec-16, Noida.
They collected an advance of Rs. 25,000/-.
They informed me that the material has been received at their warehouse and asked me to pay complete balance payment. I paid complete balance amount of Rs. 1.15 lakhs on 04.02.11 (except an amount of Rs.7000/- which is towards installation charges). It was agreed that this installation charges shall be paid after successful completion.
After 1 month of delay, they installed my kitchen, but some shutters (doors) and shelf partitions are still to be supplied and installed.
The Godrej's executive Mr. Amit Kumar Saxena as well as the dealer Mr. Anoop Jain are also making indefinite delay in completing my kitchen and not supplying the balance material uptill today. Even after several e-mails/ phones, they are not responding. They all say that they ordered for the balance material separately later on, and they will receive the material, and then they will install them.

I reiterate that Godrej is making prolonged delay in supplying and installing the items, for which they already received the amount very long ago.

I request that Godrej should be enabled to supply the balance material and install them to make my kitchen complete as envisaged in the order. And Godrej should be taught a lesson, so that they will not trouble the clients in future like this.
