Godrej — Not fixing refrigerator | |||
I registered a complain with Godrej on 20.07.2016 no x[protected] . A mechanic from your Motihari, Bihar division visited on 26.07.2016 and said that compressor is not working. I gave him a copy of cashmemo & guarantee card. Then he informed that guarantee is not covered because the product number was not mentioned. So I sent required paper. The Motihari agency(name of the person is Shamsher ) now says that I need to pay Rs 6500 for the repair. This is unacceptable because the product is within guarantee. It has been a long wait and you have not been able to resolve the complaint for the last 15 days. If the complaint is not resolved in next three days then I will have no other option but to take the matter to consumer court. I registered complaint long ago and all I have got is call to get feedback. This is ridiculous service they have.
