Godrej — Poor and deplorable customer services for my godrej refrigerator | |||
Sir/madam I had purchased a godrej fridge vide godrej & bayce manufacturing co. ltd. vide invoice no. [protected] dated 24.08.14. immediuately at the time of delivery of the refrigerator, i entered into a. m. c. with you for ten years, ie, upto 29th of august 2024 vide application no.[protected] dated 30.08.14 through your salesman, whose code no. was 841159. In this respect, i would like to complain as under: Issue 1: At the time of giving the said a. m. c, i was assured that i would receive a confirmation copy from the office, but despite several reminders, i haven't received the said confirmation from your end. please send the same at the following address: f-19 a, g-8 area, hari nagar, new delhi -110064 (opp. bses office) Issue 2: Under the terms of the contract, one mandatory service has to be provided in a year. but i regret to say that no such service has been provided to me despite several requests Issue 3: On 11th & 15th of may 2016, a complaint was made for repairing of some defects which have occurred in the fridge vide no. 161681 & 164495 respectively. upon this, i was informed that some mr. chander mohan had been deputed to attend the claim (call no. d[protected]), but no person turned up to attend the claim, despite several reminders on mobile no. [protected]. After waiting for along period, i made another complaint on 19.09.2016.in response, i received an sms that some technician, mr. ashok kumar would be coming to attend the complaint (d[protected]). but again, nobody cared to attend the claim despite my reminders on mobile no. [protected] and [protected]. On 22.09.16, i received another sms confirming another technician, mr. danish malik would be attending my claim. once again the assurance was in vain, as no one turned up. Surprisingly, on 28.10.16, i received another sms confirming that my said complaint has been attended!!! as such, the complaint is closed!!!??? With utmost regret and dismay, i inform you that the complaint remains unattended at my end till date. i am disappointed to see that a cpompany of you repute and stature is providing such poor and deplorable services to the customers. As such, i request you to take appropriate and suitable action against the concerned employees who are so careless and irresponsible and in turn, not only bringing you a bad name, but also deceiving the customers at the cost of the customers' loyalty to stick to your brand. I trust you will definitely look into the matter seriously and apprise me what action you have taken in this regard. In anticipation of an immediate response and corrective action, Gurdial singh Ph. Even tough the chairs were in waranty period the chairs broken were not replaced & Godrej interio technicians were asking for money for replacement.
