Goetc — car wash - nor service was provided nor refund

I paid 1800 to Goetc Car Washing on sept 2022 for their doorstep car cleaning service. Despite multiple promises, they never showed up. I contacted their support several times, but got no response. They even promised a refund, which I’m still waiting for.
Many others have faced the same issue — delayed services, ignored messages, and no refunds. It feels like a coordinated scam.
📌 My advice: Avoid this company. If you’ve been affected, report them on platforms like Voxya or Consumer Complaints India.
