I paid 3 month car washing subscription to GOETC of Rs. 1, 850/- to the upi id goetcprivatelimite.[protected]@axisbank on 31 August 2024. The service supposed to start from 11th Sep. No one turned up on 11th Sep for washing, trusting this service i stopped the person who was washing my car who was irregular. I queried about the service not being started on 12th Sep through the whatsapp goetc support number [protected]. I received a response advising that the service. No one turned up on 21st Sep, i again reached out to them on whatsapp asking for service, they replied advising they are unable to provide service, and refunds will be processed by EOD, followed by another message confirming refund has been processed and the funds should be received within 7-10 working days. I followed up again on 4th Oct, as no funds cited to my account. Since then no response from them and no refund till date. This looks like a serious scam and they are cheating people's money so easily. Was this information helpful? |
