I paid 3 month car washing subscription to GOETC of Rs. 1, 850/- to the upi id goetcprivatelimite.[protected]@axisbank on 31 August 2024. The service supposed to start from 11th Sep. No one turned up on 11th Sep for washing, trusting this service i stopped the person who was washing my car who was irregular. I bought $2500/-for a three-month membership to automobile washing starting on July 24, 2024. The service was provided for three days, but it was delayed by ten days, and after that, they stopped answering my WhatsApp messages and their phone never connected.

I requested a refund, but I never heard back....

Goetc stopped responding after payment, no service, no refund. Cheater....

I paid 2100 for 3 months of service, and this company turned out to be nothing but a bunch of scammers. They’re con artists, plain and simple. First, they promised the service would start in 7 days.
I waited, and guess what? No one showed up, no calls, nothing. When I reached out to these frauds they are not responding on WhatsApp and no one is picking calls on support numbers.
Stay away from these crooks, they’re nothing...

This fraudelent company has taken advance amount and not provided service. Now they are not refunding the amount, they don’t respond to call or messages either.

This GOETC.in company having address in Bangalore provides different services. I approached them for my car cleaning service at Bangalore and made payment of rupees 2000 through PhonePe on 25/11/23 details attached. As they said they will start the service by 7th Dec 2023, however till date it has not been started and now they are not responding to our calls or emails. Customer care number is not at all connecting and no-response via email or WhatsApp chat.

Booked for Car cleaning service on 17th Jan'24 by paying a 3month advance payment of Rs.1950/-. No service is done, so opted for Refund on 01st Feb'24 but still yet to get the Refund amount. I am getting to know thru Whatsapp(which is the only mode of communication between me and the Company) that Refund is in process from 01st Feb'24 onwards....

Goetc company is fraud. They are approaching through Apna complex ads and they take money . I booked for subscription for car cleaning at my doorstep, they approved after taking Rs 1650/- and postponed it from 10th February to 20th February, and finally they said are unable to provide service and will process the refund. However no action taken for refund even till date. It been more than 2 weeks and there's no sign of the refund.
Now...

The company has taken the payment for 3 months subscription for daily car cleaning, however the service has not been started. When I'm calling the customer care, they don't pick up at all. I have raised the ticket through email, but again no response.

I have placed an order on the GOETC app for daily car cleaning service and made an advance payment to the below company. They have failed to provide the service and they are not making the refund.

Can you please help resolve this

GOETC promised car cleaning service and I subscribed to a 3 month package for Rs1850
They first said that the services will start from 5th of October 2023 but no one contacted me . Later they said the services will start from 25th of October . But again no service was started . Then they said that they will refund the money and same has been processed but I never got my refund . Later they said I will receive the refund of Rs1850 by 28th of October but again no refund ..Now their customer care is also non responsive and they are not responding on their watsapp mess

I have booked a service in 9 October 2023, and they said service will start from 20 October, but till 15 November hey did not start the service, then I asked to refund my and its not refunded yet.
No once piking the call [protected] &[protected], no response from email [protected]@goetc.in, they just do WhatsApp message and I have all the chat.

So I want to raise the complaint against this fraud company & want my money back.

I had booked 3 months car washing services on 24 August that were to start on 5 september. Nobody came for service, they asked for 15 more days. But again nobody turned up. Then they said that they are not able to complete police verification so they wont be able to provide the service. They said they will refund my money (1615/-). However since then no refund has come. I keep following up, but they keep delaying me. They tell me they will check refund status but do not do so and do not revert. I am following up for my hard earned money since 6 weeks. I am also okay if they provide service but they aren’t doing anything.

GOETC has website https://www.goetc.in, i have applied for daily car cleaning from them, its been a month, no services has started till date, also not refunded the amount, i am not the only, they did same thing with many others in the society, there mobile number is [protected], i have tried there toll free numbers lot of time, either get reply "numbers are busy please try later, " or simply not conecting, kindly look into this matter...
