Gofirst — Baggage Lost || Haven't received at Arrival Airport || Need help

My Brother travelled to Phuket from Delhi on 12th Dec 22 from G8 73. He arrived at Phuket, but his luggage has not reached Phuket. We tried reaching to customer care of GoAir but haven't received any help yet. no one is taking any responsibility for the lost. on 12th Go Air customer care executive said that it's not their business to track. we need to connect with Airport authorities only. Today they are asking to mail it some feedback ID and asking time for another 48 hours. My brother is @ Phuket without anything. The experience is really bad with the airlines.
