My flight G8 23 from Mumbai to male on 30th March was cancelled 18 hours before.
No communication about the same was given. I came to know when I called customer care look for web check-in issue.
After my call all cancellation notifications came.
No reason given for the cancellation. Passengers left with no time to rebook/reschedule and even if they manage to do it will cost a fortune.
Cancellation done but god knows when the Refund will come.
No concern for passengers prior, onward journey, hotel bookings or other work.
This affects customers logistically, financially, emotionally and mentally. It is a waste of their time and energy. Was this information helpful? |
