Hi team,
My name is Akhil Goel and I've booked a airline ticket from Chandigarh to Goa on 14th Jan 2022 via gofirst. Due to contracting COVID, i requested airlines for complete refund by submitting my COVID reports.
A sun of 10.5k was to refunded out of which 4.5k was. Transferred to my account and rest was given as credit shell which I could use for next 1 year. When I tried to book another ticket to check validity of that credit, I got the invalid message and did payment as gofirst customer care suggested they would compensate against new pnr. Now I've lost another set of money and now they said they can't compensate against new pnr. Please help.
