Two days ago I was traveling from SXR to DEL and my flight was on 7:15 PM. The flight got delayed until 9 PM. Is this really a plane schedule? What kind of service is this? What if I had another flight to catch? Luckily my next flight was in the morning. But people who we’re traveling in the next hours would have missed their flight just because of your delay. I don’t know how to complain about this but if you can’t keep the schedule up, please shut down the company. We don’t need you and your service.
This was my last flight with GoAir. Also you should consider changing the name from GoFirst to GoLast.
