Goibibo — About bus booking not confirmed and money got deducted

Dear Team,

I have booked bus ticket from go portal twice but the same booking is still not confirmed and money got deducted for my account kindly refund money in my goibibo account asap. booking id screen shot attached

After so many complaints i have received only refund for booking id GOBUSd4ee502cb5 Amt Rs.2970/- . and Booking id GOBUS1afe9d97c4 Amt Rs.2870 is still pending kindly expedite the refund process.
