[Resolved] Goibibo — amount debited but no confirmation for hotel booking | |
[#30984028] i am daily writing email to goibibo, but no response. My amount has been debited with clear recipt then also goibibo is denying of not receiving payment. They told it might had stuck in payment getaway the same i checked with my bank. They clearly said the amount is been credited to goibibo with details. The same i have forwarded them, then also goibibo is saying they had not received. This people are concern to check with there bank... My booking date was 29th jan and today is 12th feb yet i have not received my money back.. This people is doing clear chit fraud and most frustrated thing.. We can't contact them at all, they don't want to help people after service... Was this information helpful? | |

they have contact no but it says only for new booking & old booking
I don't have any booking reference because this people had marked my problem as resolved
so i am not able to connect them, ..I am desperately awaiting for their call but no is calling.
The amount debited is 4423/-
Please help in this with any contact no or anything Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
