[Resolved] Goibibo — booking related issue | |||
I have booked a round trip air ticket from kolkata to pune but it was failed and my money was spent from my account. Ibibo says it failed but bank says that ibibo still open the status of booking in progress. Your gia assistant was failed to understand my issue. Please help me, either confirm my booking or close the open window. Also i am not be able to re book my tickets as all the money spent from my account. I hope you will help me.in your system still you shows that my booking in progress but actually it is not. Please help me out. Was this information helpful? | |||
