[Resolved] Goibibo — bus cancelled by bus operator, and goibibo rejected to refund the amount | |
I have booked bus from Manali to Chandigarh. But the bus operator cancelled that bus just previous night of the travelling day and was providing the alternate bus 3hr later of the defined time. We have rejected the alternative as we have connecting train from chandigarh, and immediately called goibibo customer care. The customer care executive said that they will initiate refund and it will get credited in bank account in 2 days. And then I was calling them daily for my refund and every day different person is responding to call. and I have to explain the whole situation again and again. they have asked for the alternative we have booked by our own and ticket of our connecting train. I have provided all the details and proofs they asked for.. and what a wonder! after 20 days, they called me and said, "Sorry mam, the bus operator has denied to refund the amount. So, we can't help you." I hope after reading the complaint you will take any action and give me the refund. Was this information helpful? | |
