Further the bus met with accident before 40 kms to destination, had mock injury on left side of head, checked with driver for alternate transport to destination, he confirmed that company will provide refund and to take own transport. Initiated action with goibibo but in vain as they confirmed to refund only 5% that is merely rs 50/-.
