[Resolved] Goibibo — cheated by goibibo, money deducted but no service provided. | |||||
2 room was booked from 21st July 2019 to 24th July 2019 at New victory hotel Ajmer and Rupees 6107 was deducted by goibibo . On reaching the same hotel check-in was denied because they had not received any booking by Goibibo for us. When we tried to check with Goibibo customer care over call, they kept us waiting . Since yesterday late afternoon till today evening we tried to get a solution from them via call and chat option provided in the goibibo app, but they are not responding to us properly and just keeping us in waiting. I am afraid they are just ignoring our requests instead of resolving, we are at great stress because we received no room and have no clue if they are returning our money . Aug 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The day I wrote my complaint here, within 2 days we got a call from Goibibo and they informed that they are refunding the amount they had deducted, and it might take 7 to 14 days for the bank to credit the amount in my account. By the 14th day evening, we received the refund. Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
