GOIBIBO is the worst site ever. they deducted my amount from my debit card, also deducted my gocash balance and still the hotel booking was not confirmed. i tried to contact them, they made me hold for an hour and then replied that madam we are sorry u have to cancel the booking. i have not yet got any refund and also i am standing outside the hotel since 3 hours. neither are they refunding the amount nor did they confrm my bookng . please never trust goibo.
