Dear sir, I booked hotel for three days for Puri through your site from 25th Dec15 to 28th Dec15. GOIBIBO also confirmed my booking. Hotel ID no: HTL9MRLT7. Based on above booking I purchased my ticket my train tickets. Now you have cancelled my booking without even asking me. It appears lot o[censored]nfair practice is prevailing in your system.
